Question about blood transfusion reactions?

Is it possible for a person (whose allergic to seafood) to receive a blood transfusion (from the person just ate a kind of seafood) to manifest allergic reactions based on what the donor just ate? Considering that all screening tests were done to the recipient already. I'm just curious. :3
