My brother is suffring from AML(M2).now he is treating through chemotherapy.when he starts recovering ?

actualy he has given chemotherapy.but his complete blood report is not good.his WBCs,RBCs and platelets are decreasing daybyday.he daily receive 150 ml of platelets.i want to ask that why his bloodcells are decreasing?
