Out of body experiences? Astral projection?

Hey guys, so i've heard about " out of body experiences" and stuff, but i never really took into account what it means? I'm not so sure what i believe to be honest with you? Is it all rubbish or is it real? It is when you are sleeping and have a good imagination that causes it? Or can you do it consciously? Also is it safe? and how could i do it? I'm a bit scared by the thought of it, because i don't imagine it to be safe? But it sounds so very true with peoples experiences? Is there an age or anything? Daylight or nighttime? when is best, i would like someone to tell me how to do it if it is real. But i cannot imagine for it to be scientifically possible? Why can't we just all do it ourselves? I don't understand it and i find it a little creepy... but of course i would love to try it? Is it just a trick of the mind or is it really possible? Thanks guys! x sorry it's a bit long!

Do I have a chance in getting into upenn? Right now, I have a 3.704 GPA, 5 AP cles through my junior year, 3 AP cles scheduled for my senior year, i ped all of those tests. My ACT is a 32, which is about a 2170 on SAT scale. I've done community service, I have 5 varsity letters(3 tennis, 2 baseball). I was starting right fielder for the baseball team as a junior. I have plenty of musical talent, piano, violin, and played in the area youth symphony.

My dr did sonogram and i am irregular periods are 45 day clyle then nexr month 26 day cycle. I have no facial hair, and i am not obese. I do have alittle abdominal bloating, and my doctor said there is no history of ovulation from the sonogram. I am ttc 4 months now and i do the opk and there is no lh surge, its a very faint line. I am soo down, and stressed. Please help! i am losing sleep over this!
