My dr said it's "possible" i have pcos help i am devastated! is it really bad? i am ttc?

My dr did sonogram and i am irregular periods are 45 day clyle then nexr month 26 day cycle. I have no facial hair, and i am not obese. I do have alittle abdominal bloating, and my doctor said there is no history of ovulation from the sonogram. I am ttc 4 months now and i do the opk and there is no lh surge, its a very faint line. I am soo down, and stressed. Please help! i am losing sleep over this!
