Guys I need your help please.. ( will score best answer)?

The guy I like said that If I write him first he will write me back, I did but I haven't received letter back from him, I wrote it almost two weeks ago and he moved 100 miles away from here. He said when he comes back we will be able to talk about other things, does it means he is interested or just bluffing, and do you think he'll ever write? should I write him again? or maybe his letter is delayed?
