Do i even have a chance at UCSB or Davis?

Be willing to go to one of the less impacted campuses of UC. Then you might transfer to Santa Barbara or Irvine. Those two campuses are VERY much in demand. Or as a back up go to one of the top Community Colleges for the first year (get a top one, there are some poor ones) but there are CC's where the curriculum for freshmen is equal to UC's.
