I know it soundssssssss gross but HELP? ?

Okay when Im having bowel movement, 3 days ago, it was light pink so I thought its lil tear inside my rectum, but last month im having serious stomach pain, I went to hospital n they gave me urinal tract infection *antibiotic* medicine ... It doesn't work. im still having a bad pain in my lower stomach and my rectum bleeds A LOT . i mean.. dark red. so... what is it??? should i go er or.. should I wait? I have doctor appointment on nov 5th.. . HELP?
