Will jesus have a personal hand in punishing/smiting/damning unbelievers at the End of Times™?

Do you think he'll get his hands dirty? And what do you think his favorite mode of torment will be? Or will he be rather standoffish, uncaring and otherwise indifferent? Or will he make extraordinary efforts to save everybody at the risk of his own life? (sycophants input required here, thanks)
