Is my cartilage piercing infected?

So I got my cartilage pierced about a month ago, and I still have another two weeks for it to heal. The thing is, I couldnt wait so I changed the piercing before it was completely healed. When I put in another earring, it bled a little bit an it hurt. I washed my hands with soap and I disinfected the piercing area before and after i put the new earring in, as well as disinfecting the actual earring. Right now its swelling and red. Is this infected?
