Bush...what does he think the economic crisis is a failure of ?

It is a failure of the socialistic elements of our government that have been implemented recently. Look up the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 on wikipedia... you might be surprised to learn about the socialist-style programs that have caused our current recession.
