MEN, does being ignored by a female hurt your EGO?

Possibly...he probably feels disappointed he couldn't get what he wanted. Everybody goes through that though. What really tells how much of a man he is...is if he can actually accept it and move on...if he has a fiance he shouldnt be after another woman anyway.
