With 45 million new patients and no new doctors, will Obama force people into medical school to create jobs?

45 million uninsured people suddenly having the ability to go to the doctor anytime they want will sure fill a lot of clinics and hospitals. Where are the new health care providers? Tens of thousands of doctors said they'd be too overworked and would retire immediately. I'm sure that won't help the situation a bit.
