What is the average cost of living in santa marta colombia?

i wanna know how well i can live in santa marta Colombia, i want to live en el rodadero or something that is estrato 6, can i live their my budget is 2500 hundred a month thats about almost 5milliones pesos give orr take but i wanna live good i am from santa marta but ive lived in the usa for a long time i am thinking of moving back, another thing thats my budget for just me no1 else also can you guys give me a walk through on my spending's i wont have a car only taxis and buses but if u guys can give me good details in housing i wanna rent monthly not by day what size house or apartment can that give me and how much will i spent a month to do grocery also how much is an average electric bill water and all services internet cable sorry for not putting the punctuations and thanks in advance looking forward to the responses
