Someone called me from Spoof ID yesterday, has this happened to you and how did they get my number?

Some girl called asking for me, she said her name was Stacy and she was from our local popular radio station. I Believed her because the phone number she called from was correct. She told me I won tickets and congratulated me and gave me a secret location, which the radio station usually does. She even asked me to say the radio's motto. I was a little dry with her since I was so weirded out but then when she congratulated me I gave her very warm thank yous.. I called the radio station this morning and they do not know of a Stacy and are not affiliated with the concert she told me about. WTFFFFFF. Good thing I didn't tell anyone about it and good thing I called! Has this happened to you and how did they get my number? Could it be from the internet/phishing, because it didn't at all sound like anyone I know?
