If a parent doesn't take a child for "parenting time" what would the outcome be, if you go back to court?

A Judge can not force a parent to take their child during their visiting times whether it is in the support decree or not. However, if you do go back to court since the child is with you the majority of the time, you can ask for child support and asked to be granted full physical custody.
