Does Kurt Angle suffer from severe alopecia, or does he just not allow any hair to grow back on his head?

Since he had his hair shaven off by Edge in 2002, I have never seen him with a single hair on top of his head. His old brown hair was never particularly thick, but is it capable of ever coming back?
